On a Personal Note

It's finally winter here in New York City.  Although still warmer than usual.  But we finally had our first snow (not counting the blizzard last fall).  Was fun to walk around in the falling haze, but not so much trying to get home from the theater with the ice and no taxis.   Still, had a wonderful time seeing Follies with Bernadette Peters.  As well as Seminar with Alan Rickman.  ALAN RICKMAN--'nuf said.  And also I saw the Fantasticks for the first time on New Years Eve.   Went to couple of wonderful antiques shows last weekend.  Wished I had a lot of money so that I could buy some  of the beautiful pieces.  But  just looking was fun too!

Writing News

On the writing front, I'm so happy to have all three of my time travel novels available again in digital format.   Prism award winner, The Promise, the last of the three, was released this month.

The mine called to Cara from deep in the San Juan Mountains, near the town of Silverthread.    Surrounded by a murderous tapestry of lies, it had once been rich in ore, overflowing with wealth that could make a family's fortune—or destroy it.  But also in its labyrinthine tunnels lay the path to redemption and love, a magic that could draw a woman one hundred years into the past, into the arms of one who could make her life whole.

But crossing time was just the beginning.  To right wrongs already done, to paint a new future, one brighter and full of love, Cara would have to unravel the mine’s mysteries.  She would have to depend upon the rugged man who emerged from its opening and trust his vow to keep her safe and cherish her forever.  Then, and only then, would she truly understand the danger—and the power—of the promise.

The latest book in my A-Tac series, Harrison's book Deadly Dance will be available at the end of March.  And I'm currently hard at work on the sixth book in the series Double Danger, coming January 2013.

What I'm Watching/Reading

Honest to goodness, I've been so busy watching Downton Abby and glomming Game of Thrones, I haven't been reading much at all.  But I highly recommend both series if you haven't already been reeled in. Game of Thrones second season begins April 1.  I do have a stack of RITA books that I'm looking forward to, but of course if I told you what they were... you know.
